Ignoring the incoherency of your response, if you are suggesting that the driver could only have known she would jump out, your suggestion makes some flawed assumptions. Did you consider that he might know this girl and have experienced her antics so he may have been recording because he did know she is crazy, but not necessarily know that she would jump out of the car.

My guess is also that he did not force her to drink as much as she did. He was filming because he holds a public office and did not want to her to ruin his career with her antics. He could have left her wherever they left from, but then he would just be prick in your eyes.

What would you have him do?

How is it that some how even when that it is evident that this isn't the guys fault people can try and make it seem like it is? The GIRL jumped out of the car, drunk or not you must take responsibilities for your actions. Being drunk isn't a valid excuse to exit a moving vehicle. I commend him for making sure his ass didn't get caught in a pinch.
