Remember "if you are staying at a hotel" you may drop your trailer off at the track on Thursday and immediately leave.

No unloading cars unless you need it to drive back to hotel. This will be strictly enforced.

This is ONLY for folks staying at hotels.

So if that's the case, do those of us with trailers have access to the track early Friday morning with the vendors? Kind of a cloudy subject, I only live 18 miles away, but avoiding the traffic with a trailer is helpful.

Between 9 and 3. We may hang out longer for some driving in that can't make 3 but no guarantees. Need time to get to Hotel and setup for Meet and Greet.

So what happens if we get there later than 3? I understand you guys have a lot to do but it's about a 10 hour drive for me and plan on leaving before 6 which would put me there at around 5 PM with stops. Then we would have to unload the car at the hotel to get to the track and leave the trailer.

Edit: and I wouldn't be alone I know of at least two other coming from Florida with trailers that more than likely will be in the same boat.
