Sad thing is, these people are entertaining enough, and getting enough publicity that i could honestly see them actually getting their own reality show over all this. Kinda like the train wreck OCC motorcycle builder guys did. They were so crazy that people thought they were fun to watch, and ended up making millions as a result.

I got to the 1:49 mark of the first video and that was all I needed to see and hear that these people are, without a doubt, certifiable. Totally clueless as to what giving a great customer experience is all about, just the opposite. I think their restaurant careers are over after this.

I worked in a restaurant for 15 years and it made me made when he wouldn't let the server use the POS. When I am training new severs I show them how to use the POS before I let them take orders. BIG FACE PALM!!!
