After I get the summer tires back on the car so most likely late this month, early April.

Heres the kit with the rear trailing arms too:

Looking forward to hearing your review ,comparing it to stock.
I'm debating between full 1LE suspension upgrade vs. just the sway bars for front/rear.
I expect full setup should perform better but the cost difference is more than $1,000 between those two so I'm anxious to hear the real user's reviews on this upgrade.

For what it's worth:

The 1LE front bar measures in at 3 and 7/8 inches circumference and is hollow.

The 1LE rear bar measures in at 3 and 4/8 inches circumference and is solid.

To turn circumference to diameter, divide by Pi.

1LE Hollow Front bar = 1.233450808962189 inches

1LE Solid Rear bar = 1.1140846016432675 inches

Convert to mm:

1LE Hollow Front bar = 31.3296505476396 mm

1LE Solid Rear bar = 28.29774888173899 mm

Feel free to correct my math as I used google calculators.

Edit: Seeing that Mountain got 30.3mm on his front bar using a more accurate measurement tool. If that variance holds true, size down my numbers by 1mm.

How did you end up with calculating a smaller front bar, if the front bar has a larger circumference?

Now someone who knows the wall thickness of the front hollow bar may be able to help us along in determining the effective rate of the bars.

https://swayaway.com/tech-room/torsi...te-calculator/

1LE Solid rear swaybar is 324.8 lbs/in according to this calculator and loose 11", 41" measurements.

Thank you. I know they were measured before but it's kinda like measure twice cut once thing. Also I was under the impression that they were both solid, now we know.

With the front bar being hollow and roughly 1.25", the BMR front bar is also 1.25", and the first hole is 62% over the SS. So I need to measure wall thickness or ask BMR. FYI, the rear bar is also 1.25 and hollow.

Anytime!

The front bar is definitely hollow, it's extremely light in comparison to the rear bar despite being larger diameter. Want me to weigh the bars?

No, I'm good, but thanks for the offer and the measurements

Biggest question I have now is what are the spring rates??

We know the SS rates. Need to know the 1LE rates.

Looked at buying a spring rate tester but they're expensive.

Don't let the cost stop you, inquiring minds want to know.

Do you have any roundy-rounders with well equipped shops?

Haha, that's $895 I could spend towards the six piston brakes.

There probably is a shop around D.C. that has this capability. Just not sure whom. If anyone can find one, I'll take them there to have the springs measured.
