Call George Moore Chevrolet in Jacksonville and speak with Augie. They will hook you up. Great people there I got ordered my 2023 2SS vert with zero problems. The inventory manager kept me the loop throughout the entire process through delivery

If it is a 2023 with a window sticker and a Vin, it seems like it is pretty low risk if it is what you want. I would just try to confirm that it has been produced. It could take a couple months to ship, but that is pretty normal.
