You I would really like to see photos of the hood is it a 1 or 2 piece? Does it sit the same as the OEM ZL1 hood, ect.. Too many unknowns at this point, maybe we will see photos of it from SEMA this week.

Yes to both

There will be polycarbonate covering the hole and we have them for sale on the site already with NO hole

To use this actual front end you'd have to change your entire front clip. We wanted to make the lines of the car less "jigsaw puzzle" so we changed them... all of them lol.

Got it. well I'd be interested to see what the version looks like for purchase and I'm eagerly awaiting the arrival of my hood! Too bad the car is going away for the winter soon, but it leaves me plenty of time to get it painted! I'll post pics when its on of course

Same price and already in production just haven't updated the site yet due to SEMA. If you order the one with no hole just put in the note WITH HOLE and we'll take care of you.

Did that for another customer already as we might not get a chance to update the site while the sale (enter code SPONSOR30 at checkout and get 30% off) is still going and don't want you to miss out.

No that you guys are back from SEMA looks like the Iroc Z was a Big hit at the show.

Any chance you will have photos of the ZL1 hood in fiberglass? Does it have a the separate insert? If so is it possible to get the hood in fiberglass and have the CF insert added?

100%. We just have changed the way it mounts since SEMA. We're making a vacuum bagged carbon fiber base so that it installs in about 30 minutes to 1 hour TOTAL (including cutting your roof) and it will make the car MORE rigid (not less) and of course come with the headliner. Pre-sale pricing (to get some in cars and get pics and install videos) will be $10k installed and warrantied by us, or $9k plus shipping.

Compare that to the price of a T-Top conversion... $22k plus
