Ok.

60 Regular bowlers on our league. There were only 9 people there tonight.

Bama/LSU game.

Our opponents pre-bowled and so did our other 2 bowlers. So it was just me and Bonnie on our pair.

I HATE THAT. Goes way too fast. I always suck when I bowl that fast. Even slowing it down with bowling 2 frames each at a time it still goes too fast.

I shot 216, 139, 229 - 584

Lost the first game but won the second and third. Third by only 3 points.

PQ..nice second game............it happens........and I agree I don't like it when I bowl nobody.........no incentive.


My first father son season ended last Saturday. 15 weeks long 2 games a week. I ended with 218. My 13 year old son finished at 146 not bad for someone throwing a 13lb. ball and only bowled for less than 3 years.

The fianl day is fun day. 9 pin no tap. shot 250+ all 3 games. Struggled on the right lane. They do this with cosmic bowling too. What a trip.


New season starts this week.

I hate the no tap nights.

Scratch bowlers get screwed.

I've seen 900+ series bowled on two different occasions. A bowler who can hit the headpin but can't spare always kicks our asses.

OMG... what did or didn't you do in that second game ? I'd have to look back but I think my lowest game this year is in the 150's .
As for bowling fast ...I love it ! I hate setting there waiting to bowl . That's 1 reason I won't do a 5 person league . Takes FOREVER !!!

Well tonight was a Great night for 2 bowlers .. 2 - 300 games ! The team I subbed for won all 7 points and I shot 221-235-221 = 677 . Very pleased with my set.

Well, it was like I didn't care. I tried to care, but I just didn't. I just threw my spares down the lane with no urgency. Lowest game I've shot in a LONG time.

I believe my last 300 was back in 1993. So it would be cool to shoot one 20 years apart.

But might have been 1994. How can I find out? Our secretaries back then didn't even send in for awards like they do now.

I have a bowling game on my phone that I have shot a number of 300s on. lol

But, the bowling alley I bowled and worked at is gone. Collapsed in like 1996 or something like that. I don't mean financially. I mean building caved in.

Like Mike said ..Sorry to say but it didn't happen then . LOL. I know the usbc keeps records but if you league secretary didn't file it then there is no proof you bowled it . Now you have forms you have to fill out plus the ball has id # numbers that have to be recorded.

As for me bowling a 300.. I think the pressure of needing that last strike or even 2 strikes would Kill me ! Plus in our house Everyone stops and watches !
I bet I'd shoot a 800 before a 300 . Lol
