It’s very nerve wracking from a customer point of view but what Becky said is all very true. Trust her, she’s not only a great resource but a great friend. She will NOT steer you wrong, I mean look at her drivelines on the track. (Bad joke I know. I try lol) Honestly if there was something wrong it wouldn’t have made it past 3800 status. I’ve seen some Vettes fail right off the line during my tour, back when they did those in bowling green. But this is more a check of how the build process for a batch is. It’s done as a “quick” heartbeat check to see if they need to tweak or alter any manufacturing processes. As well as make sure things coming down the line are still meeting tolerances/specifications. It does NOT mean there is something wrong with your Camaro. It is common among all auto manufacturers. And even more so on first Model Years or special editions. I know this is tough to accept now. But trust us. It’s all good and when you press that start button for the first time all the worry/stress will go away.
