Time is passing by quickly. The 3.6 is an awesome bullet proof motor. Get that with a 6-Spd and you will have miles of smiles.....

But don't delay, you need to order now if you want NEW. Or as someone else mentioned, a gently used 2020 for example would save you quite a bit...

The only person you need to impress here is yourself, so get on it....

Hi, from what I have gathered in the last few posts, if I want a new Camaro before production ends the time to order is now and I might already be too late. I should not wait for 2024 allocations because it will be difficult to secure one and I might be left without a new Camaro? I wanted to wait for a 2024, but a 2023 will be my best bet?

You can still put an order in for a 23' but whether you get an allocation is anyone's guess. Best to do a search and see what's already out there if you are committed and serious...

I have been trying to encourage the guy, but my efforts are futile. Not sure why he would be hating on an LT1....I had a 2021 LT1 before I got my 2023 ZL1....2 different cars, still both amazing!

I am serious. I currently have a 2019 2lt, and I had been looking at used 3lts and 2ss' for a while now to try and get a good deal. Then when I saw the announcement that 2024 will be the end, I decided to go for a brand new one. I would much rather put an order in because what's currently out there close to me almost always lacks the 3 things I truly want, which is a sunroof, npp, and new/low mileage. I think I am going to start going to my nearby dealers tomorrow to see what I can do. Like I said, I wanted to wait for a 2024 and maybe get the collectors edition, but if I run the risk of not getting an order/allocation in time then I wouldn't mind getting a 2023.

I don't like the LT1 model of the Camaro, i might as well pay the extra amount of money and get the standard cooling system (the radiators, oil cooler that live in the bumper and differential cooler) and the break cooling ducts, in the long-run, SS is the way to go.

i don't know anymore, give me a break, I still got time until June, if not I'll take delivery and have the car sit in my driveway for a little bit, I still have a 1500-mile break-in period before I really rag on it

and biglou1le acts like the vanguard around here and it gets ridiculous at times (stick and stones)

also putting my 2 cents in here and yelling at me is not going to help, i have a love for Camaro (and GM) and apparently that's not enough now-a-days, its like almost saying "Mopar or no car"

BRO, I don't call you names. Only state the obvious. Everytime its always something new on why you are not getting a car. And thats ok. How many years you been doing this? First a order came in that was not to your standard, then the carbon flash wheels were on restraint, the list goes on and on. Then you say you have to have your parents put the order in for you. Now i think you are going to wait till January 2024 and then say you could not find a dealer to place the order. Maybe a Camaro is not in the books for you.

They've been shopping (or pretending to be shopping) for over 4 years now, but may be getting close. Still, I have my doubts but you never know. I don't think either know how to drive yet.
