Thanks for all of your help and your concern, throughout the entire process.

I sat down with my dealer Monday before last (4/2), we contacted DBC and pleaded our case. As of this afternoon they have yet to respond. My dealer confirmed that they have been receiving uninterrupted, twice monthly shipments to Kahului on Pasha Hawaii's RoRo ship Jean Ann. All departures are from Long Beach (LA) and Point Loma (San Diego). JCT has sent 2 truckloads of ZLEs to SoCal since mid February. Most of them Feb. and March TPWs. It's been very frustrating.

I have also been working with Chevrolet Customer Experience since late February. They have shown concern and have been very responsive, but no luck there either so far.

I'm going to continue to stay positive and explore all of my options.

Sorry for the speech/rant.
