A final update on VHSZGR and the saga with delays. Original ship date commitment was October 13. It sat in Charlotte for a little over a week before it actually left. It turns out Jack Cooper direct hauled a load of cars to various dealers in California. That tractor broke down in Southern California with a full load of cars and they parked the driver with the truck and they both sat for two weeks while they apparently waited for repair parts. All while GM had the order as 5000 delivered to the dealer and not just mine but a number of the other dealers too. Since the last point of entry in the computer system was Charlotte, MI every time we contacted the DBC they told us it was sitting in Charlotte when actually they had shipped on October 21. The dealer was able to elevate the issue to the point where the DBC was calling me every day since mid last week with updates. The transport carrier was up and running finally on Friday and the car was delivered yesterday.

Anyway, left hand (GM) and right hand (Jack Cooper) not in sync with each other on this one but it's done.

Thanks again for assisting with order checks and ongoing guidance. I know you hear it all the time but you truly a one-of-a-kind person.

Wow, what a story! You're right about the left and right hand! Not the first time something like this has happened. Congrats and thanks for the update. Don't hesitate to stop by and say HI and we always like to see those pictures at delivery

Just trying to get my hand on one with the local dealers they all say they didn't get allocations for ZL1 1Le and they have to pull strings blah blah blah

They might be pulling my chain I don't know

Okay Becky after weeks of my dealer not knowing what was up, they called and marked it as hot. Apparently all the zl1 1le are getting bayed is what I'm told. hopefully that will get things moving.. I appreciate the help
