Good Morning Becky,

Almost 4 weeks that my car has been sitting in Lansing. The Jack Cooper website shows that it was "dispatched on 10/21". Not sure what dispatched means but hoping it might mean some movement on the car and is no longer bayed. VHSZGR... Fingers crossed.

I show 4B00-bayed but I don't know where it's bayed. I would
guess it's in Lansing. I have seen the same message on Jack
Cooper site with no movement. If you were my customer, I'd
be calling the GM Dealer Business to find out what's going on!

Shows 4200 -shipped!!

Hopefully that means it's leaving Lansing

Thanks Becky. I have the dealer calling the DBC every few days. 3 weeks ago the DBC said it would ship on Oct 13. Once the 13th came and went, the DBC went quiet and no longer is providing any updates to my dealer other than they say it is awaiting shipment. No details, no ETA. Dealer is quite frustrated at this point. I guess Friday the 13th wasn't a lucky date. Thanks again, thought maybe the dispatched comment meant something positive.

You would think there was a better way to communicate status to the dealer. I can appreciate nobody wants to discuss why a car may be on a QC hold, but if there was at least an ETA that was given, there would be something to look forward to. The "not knowing" is the worst part. The only last suggestion I have is to have the dealer ask the DBC if it's available to ship or on QC hold. They can see the difference where we can only see the 4B00-bayed status.

Becky, my dealer informed today my TPW has been pushed back from 12/04 to 01/22/18? Is this normal? Dealer also says he can't cancel the order? Can you clarify if that's true? I ordered this car in August and really about done waiting....

3000 Status TPW 1/22

...It did get moved....
....TPW's can move - based on production schedules.
TPW's become more stable @ 3300 and above.

At 3000 and above ..orders can not be cancelled.
Whether you continue with order is between you & your dealer.
