Ha, that's a cool find! I do like the combo of options, looks nice!

(Although, even if I may be biased, I love the change to the 1LE wheels. Good choice )

I thought it was. Great looking car you have and not inexpensive either. This video, I watched over before I decided what I wanted to order in my Camaro. Particularly the Ground Effects Carbon Flash Metallic with the rear exhaust openings that wrap around the tail pipes which was a 2K$ item.

VOM 2SS A-10/ Ground Effects Carbon Flash Metallic/Sun roof/Mag. Ride/NPP Exhaust Dual mode/Orange Calipers/Sport Pedals/Illuminated Footwells/SS wheel center caps/Fender Logo. Med. Ash interior.

Well.... all very interesting. Thanks for all the input everyone. What are the odds that with this massive options list, my car is probably a 1 of 1? All this stuff I'm finding online too ... kind of like finding out that your new girlfriend has a history in porn. LOL

There's pros and cons to all of this... my car is unique and has media provenance which is cool. It's also been rode hard early in life with some YouTube burnouts, etc. Not sure whether to try to preserve it or just drive the wheels off it and enjoy it. Maybe a little of both.

I would say the sum of the parts/options and their how desirable they are, are MORE a factor than the "1 of x" number. Rare doesn't always mean valuable. Also keep in mind that the more "rare" is it, assuming that translates to value, also means that every mod and every mile affects that value.

My personal opinion is that, if you keep the car in good shape and don't modify it, the fact that it's been featured in various different forms of media adds a cool factor, and the high options will probably bring a higher premium over time, HOWEVER....probably not enough to make any real world difference. My financial advice would be to not worry about value, drive and modify it however you would any other car. That being said, it's got some cool history. You sorta have to make this call for yourself.
*Edit*- I was THIS close to buying a 92 c4 COPO Corvette. GM ordered the car with decent options, but nothing you wouldn't possibly see in the average buyer's spec. Like your car, it had some media coverage and it came with some candid photos and magazines where it was featured. It also came with the COPO. The Central Office Production Order. In the good ole days of course, COPO meant you had something special! -and while THIS Corvette wasn't really in any way what those old COPO cars were in the 60's, it was still, by definition, a COPO car. To have that physical COPO form/build sheet, with the media history, to ME.....made the car valuable. Price was no different than a hundred other c4s though. Ultimately my love of 3rd gens won out, and I bought another Z, but you get the idea, lol.

Crazy options list. Definitely a car GM intended to showcase accessories. I'd bet this is your car too.

It's possible they ordered more than 1 and did them all with the same equipment but it's definitely rare.

I wouldn't matter to ME, but as these cars get older, factory is factory, dealer is dealer, and there's a difference. Again, wouldn't matter to ME, I'm just curious. I've been around 3rd Gens for decades, and if it's not on the SPID, it doesn't count.

FWIW, Before I bought my current '16 2SS, I was looking at a white 2SS optioned very similarly, Recaros, brakes, sway bars, all that. I actually DIDN'T want the brakes and Recaros, so I passed, but it sure was cool!
Even though some of these options are dealer installed, they were ordered with the car in the GM order system and therefore, they are on the Service Parts Identification sticker that's installed at the factory. That makes them factory ordered accessories.

Excellent points and kind of what I've been thinking. Why save it for someone else? It's not like I run a museum or really need to worry about how much it depreciates. I am however a sucker for nostalgia...

I didn't know the ZLE wing was an option for other trims. There must not have been many takers because of the price. Very cool!
