well I did use a torque wrench.. just saw the wrong unit.....I torq tha mfer to 45 ft lb.....

this is why i dont use a torque wrench... i replaced my left head. Milwaukee impact until it stopped, back checked with a regular ratchet for piece of mind. 2 years later im still good.
honestly the last time i even used my torque wrench was on the barrel nut for my ar15, it was 40 to 80ftlb so i didnt really need that at all. pay attention to what it felt like coming off and put it back to that same feel. |

I’m better off using one. The feel of things changes with me day-to-day especially on a weightlifting day
