Correct. ZLE was setup as a road course weapon, and the aero downforce mods raised drag without question. Look at how the normal ZL1 can run 173~175 in a standing mile, while the ZLE ran a mere 161.5 in that distance. Clearly the aero on the ZLE is hurting outright speed.

Good to hear bro. ? What psi do you have your Toyos? I have 345 toyos ND at 32psi they still spin might go 28-30 for street and drag use!!. I'm glad you chimed in as an actual zle owner that drags also

There's nothing wrong with the 1LE at the strip. The rumors about the stiff chassis and bad traction are exaggerated. I'm not heads up racing, just ET stuff.

I do what little cruising I do at 30# and ran 25# at the strip on my last/9th pass and will probably try 23# next time. Burnout in 2nd gear for 4-5 seconds at 4-5k. Fronts are Nittos at 38#
