Not all of them have this rule. Only few tracks have sound db restrictions, especially the ones which are close to residential areas.

You could opt just for the mid pipe delete option, and if there is drone, add a resonator/glass pack..I don't think there would be a drone personally if u don't change ur mufflers. I could be wrong though.

1k for an option that isn't currently available doesn't seem bad to me.
