I run 345 toyos and the look from the rear is AMAZING. Sure there little noisy but with the exhaust and the stereo it's irrelevant

Walked thru my builder's shop today. He had 8 cars, half had R888R rears, which are what my car has... today. Took some pics:

Very interested in this thread and what has worked for others with over 900 RWHP.

I am debating on running 305/45/17 - 555R2's on Beadlocks or going with 325 or 345/30/19 R888R, NT01 (don't see much mention of these, there is probably a good reason that I do not know yet) or 555R2 route on my 19x12 rears.

I just took a set of MT on bead locks off my car, because of tire shake. Also, it's very difficult to find a shop that will service a bead lock setup.

I'm doing a T&T this weekend on the R888R 325/R30-19. However, I don't believe this is the tire my straight-line car needs. Instead, I have ordered the NT05 335/ZR30-19 which is the tire on the Dodge Demon, et al. I also need to order NT05 245/30ZR19 for fronts.

The 555Rii 345/19 is on back order with no ETA, so... it would be next for me. My car is warm dry only, no wet.

Update:

After you smoke R888R's for 5 seconds or so, they will definitely bite.
