So beyond whats already been mentioned, run-flats, pressure and magnaride, this is a performance car, not a GT lol, you can't expect luxury ride quality in a car that wasn't made to be primarily luxury.

Make sure the dealer remembered to remove the front coil spring spacers!

Also I agree on the run flats.

My car is one of the best highway cars I've ever driven in Tour mode.

My 17 2 SS Vert rides very nicely and I still have the Run-Flats no Mag Ride.

I recommend dumping run-flats if your concern is harshness. I had a 2014 Mini with run-flats. Switched them to regular tires in the exact same size. It made a huge difference.

My 2018 SS 1LE rides amazingly with run-flats (MRC helps) but it is a much wider vehicle than the Mini.

Sounds like you may have bought the wrong car, didn’t you notice the ride during the test drive?

Definitely the run-flats. As others have said you should have opted for the Magnetic ride option, however even on tour [soft mode] the ride can be perceived as "hard".

Don't forget the SS Camaro is an out of the box track-ready race car, albeit low entry-level. The suspension is always firm on a performance vehicle.

Personally I like the peace of mind knowing my car will not be stranded by a flat or sidewall puncture that is not catastrophic.

Its basically a trade-off. My 73 Cuda 340 used to ride hard as a rock and was a rattlebox like most 70's muscle cars.

The Run Flats suck and are a bigger impact than the mag suspension. However in my experience they did soften up somewhat overtime.

This, dealers have been known to not remove them, that and run flats.

What psi are your tires , I’ve seen them massively overinflated from the dealer.

Uh, are there instructions for that somewhere? Quick google shows nothing.

For the SS models, I think only the 1LE got the spring spacers, not the 2SS, but it's worth checking.

I have an SS with the non-MRC suspension (still on original run flat tires) and I'd say it's downright comfortable with well controlled damping. Definitely not harsh like you're describing. Either our opinions are hugely different on suspension tuning or something is wrong with your car.

This isn't a 1LE, I don't think you had those spacers in the first place. Nevertheless, if you want to check, look for a beefy orange plastic clip between front spring coils: https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=507525

Now go get the non-runflats and come back here to tell us how much better the ride and noise are I have a set for sale, but you're too far, shipping would kill the deal...
