I love the look and performance of the GM CAI!!

I guess later Camaros don’t go back to Tour mode after you cut the engine off in Track mode. My 2016 2SS did and also my 2017 does. Strange!

Exactly...
In that case, I’ll give my dealer a call tomorrow!

You are not understanding me... when in track mode it stays in track mode.

Even at start up.

Maybe it is a 2020 thing.

I start it up in the morning and CAPOW GURGLE GURGLE

My car has ~1000 miles and only the outside exhaust is seeing flow. Inside is as clean as the day I brought it home.

So yes, maybe I do not understand.

My 2017 2SS will not stay in Track mode when I turn off it off, it goes back to Tour mode. It will stay in Sport mode when I restart the car. I'm not sure about Snow/Ice mode as I have not used that mode.

Don't want to high jack the thread . Do you have to have dual mode exhaust to be able to change the exhaust sound in the infotainment center?

I bought one of these. Works just fine.

Looks great.

I had the RotoFab on my 2017 2SS but I didn’t like the whole seal on the hood thing. I know most say it’s the best, but I just wasn’t impressed with that. Fast forward to CAI product and I just like the finished looks better. Would love the Carbon Fibre one but in CDN dollars it’s like $99,999.00 lol.

Do you have 2 or 4 exhaust pipes?

If you have 2, you do not have Dual Mode Exhaust (Non-NPP), if you have 4, you have Dual More Exhaust (NPP)... If you have NPP, you can lock it to a certain mode in the Infotainment system (Settings/Vehicle/Drive Mode/Engine Sound) otherwise it will adjust depending on which Drive Mode you have selected...

Hm, I've noticed something missing from your pictures: the CARB EO sticker that the dealership stuck on the center support under the hood back when installing my GM CAI. Is this no longer a thing with the 2019-2020s?

I put my CARB sticker on my hood, in hind sight, I wish I put it on the back side of the CAI where it really wouldn't be visible...

Hmmm..WHY do they put that sticker on....Proof of installation/passing emissions? Is it suppose to be visibly placed somewhere? Does that sticker come with the CAI inside the box or is the sticker something the dealer has? I’m Totally clueless about this sticker..LOL
