The price in my original post was reduced (confirmed based on the last edit date) I will not take less than $8,000 for the unit. (currently at $8,150.00)

If the timing was right it would be sold to me but I am still a few months off from that point with my build. Great price and like said above I can't believe it hasn't sold yet at this price.
