Well, not sure what brake systems you have in mind. But I check moisture content on my brake fluid, and have yet to see any with moisture content above 1%. That includes a control container that I left open in my garage for a long time as a control.

But, as I said before, not trying to change anyone's mind. Use what makes you comfortable. I have instructed many dozens of students on many dozens of cars, from beginner to advanced/racer. I have seen exactly 2 brake boiling events. Both of them from students who lied on the tech form and had seriously old fluid and other brake system issues that were missed at tech. It is entirely possible that I have been lucky and/or the tracks I drive/instruct at are not that hard on brakes. Just relating my experience. Not trying to convince anyone of anything. I do bleed fluid often, so the fluid in the calipers is usually quite fresh.

I will run Motul 600F on the Camaro, mostly for the convenience of the 1/2L containers, since as I said above, I do bleed often. I shall see if it is meaningful better than ATE200. Maybe those 50F or so will do wonders - always open to learn.
