My new insurance company I had to get is progressive and I'm paying 267/mo. For the ZL1 and our 2008 Trailblazer, $500 deduct. I have a few marks and not bad but not great credit....but I've just finished paying off surcharges and I'm about to get more discounts so I'll update later on when I get the new monthly

$80/month so far through State Farm. 100K/300K/100K w/$500 deductible. I have another car and the house on the policy too though. Can't complain.

Was quoted the same as my 13' 2LT by state farm, added a hospital income policy for no extra charge to get the additional multi policy discount. 240 a month total for both cars

As we all own expensive cars hear I'm going to assume were talking about top tier insurance companies, with agents and not at 1-800 number.
With Farmers Insurance I pay $250 a month, considering I'm in my 20's its a good rate. Bundled policy with home insurance, umbrella insurance, and life insurance. 250/500/100 w/$1,000 deductible + 1 million dollar umbrella policy ($22 extra a month) Make sure to protect your assets everyone!

29 y/o male, in Virginia. 2017 1SS
Paying $481 per year for 100/300/100 with $1000 deductibles under Virginia Farm Bureau insurance... Progressive wanted $1500 per year. I scanned the fine print looking for anything about sacrificial lambs or surrendering my first born... |

I don't have my ZL1 yet, but got a quote from our current insurance agent (StateFarm). $382 / 6 months. My current 2000 BMW M-Coupe is $365. Not bad! FYI I'm 39, have my wife's car on it, life insurance, and a homeowners policy with them. Have had StateFarm for ~20 years.

Curious about this for my Lightning. What constitutes an errand? And how will they determine if it's an errand or not if you do have an incident at say the mall for example.

I have taken mine up to the store (actually did last weekend) I have stopped at the mall before. As long as you do not make a habit of it no issues then again they have no way of knowing you do. It just reduces the limits of having an incident or accident. A fellow club member had an accident heading to a car show over memorial day weekend. The car was totaled, the vehicle was towed back to Orlando from Georgia, Grundy paid for the tow, hotel bill, and a few other expenses (part of the policy) the adjuster looked at the car on Wednesday and his check for the Full Agreed Value was in his hands on Friday.

All I can say is do not get a quote through USAA!!! I will be switching here soon. Living in the DFW area does not help, but Progressive quoted me a yearly price that is over $1,600 per year less with the same or better coverage..

I believe it's something like $90/month each for our ZL1, Acadia and Mazda 6. That's for $500k combined w/$500 deductible. I've shopped around and the rates are very similar across insurers.
