Is there a performance difference between a dry or an oiled filter for the intake?

There is not a huge difference between the two, but the majority of testing has shown a slight advantage to the dry filter. The Roto-fab system is available with either dry or oil.

Our system has performed at the top in multiple head to head tests, showing gains from 6-14 HP.

SSTony, check out Cold Air Inductions website if you are interested in their system. Mine was worth the money I spent for it. I really am impressed with the look, fit and finish. You seem to be getting biased info from the RotoFab folks on this posting. The RotoFab is very good system but I wanted a closed box. I had a similar looking CAI on my 2010 SS made by SLP Performance called a Blackwing that was open and sealed to the underside of the hood just like the RotoFab.
