The last thing I would ever do is repaint the entire hood and forego factory paint to fill a chip. Glad you chose the route you chose.

I know how to fix that chip I fixed mine on this ZL1 and other camaros I have had.
I had to just fix one when I did my Clear bra message me your # I will try to explain it..

Looks ok to me, once covered I doubt you will even notice it. Love the color.
