You are absolutely right that E is worth about 30rw on average and you are not going to see giant numbers without it bolt ons.

My comment should have read that I haven't figured out how to tune the rest of the car yet to take full advantage the extra 30rw. I basically gain 1mph in the 1/8th if that and 2.5-3 mph in the 1/4 but I only see a reduction of around .2 or less in ET since I can't get the car to front half much better.
