So our car is over rated, theirs is under rated? Why didnt GM bring out a car that could beat, not maybe tie the competition? camaro vs the world?

Yes, but a car with skinnier tires should make slightly more rwhp due to less weight/rolling resistance.

I feel like whenever someone types "underrated" or "overrated" their keyboards in relation to engine power it should give them a shock in punishment.

Modern SAE certified engines cannot be under or overrated, period.
