Wait for them to call you back. The power will put a smile on your face daily, trust me I know first hand.

They must have gave you a very low trade in :(

Find a similar one and make the other dealers beat the trade in, cost. They will.. I been there, it sucks cuz going to another dealer you may or may not find the options that you want.

Well, going to work a deal on a silver SS for 36k with black rally stripes and grey wheels tomorrow, wish it had black wheels but maybe I can get them to switch. Wish me luck, I missed the power going to work and back today.

It may be tough to get them to switch but possible.

When I did my deal, I calculated everything and dealt straight with the fleet manager. Gave him my breakdown, smile and said I know you can make this happen. Pretty much lil to none negotiating so it made it easier.

My OTD calculations was only off by a few hundred when they ran their own. It's easier to cut to the BS when you have your ducks in a row. Good luck man, let us know how it goes!

Just know that while the V6 isn't a race for the SS (unless maybe your doing a quick 0 - 60 and the SS blows its tires up in smoke lol) it is a quick car, and still is fun to drive. Plenty for the street.

To the OP, I'm happy that you are happy. I own the SS as well and it really is a beast. That said, I am almost never able to use the power on the street except for maybe quick bursts (which yes...is great but over too quickly! lol) So to any others considering trading up and losing thousands of dollars, just take a step back and ask yourself what you'll be doing with the car.

Lord dirt sorry to hear this man I was pulling for you. I am also looking to move to a SS but I haven't found anything yet in the price range. Good luck. Look for the people witch is the SS owners saying the v6 is a great car and still fast, it isn't fast at all and why no torque but yes still a great car fun to daily drive.

So, you had the 2SS but cancelled it and got the V6?

How did you lose money?
