If you decide to do your doors:

The windshield wiper fluid reservoir is BETWEEN the passenger fender and the chassis. To get the fender off there is a bolt attached to the apron which is directly behind the reservoir. It's a pain to get at it. They really pack stuff into this car!

I can't afford a V12 (or even the V8, for that matter) but I could afford the door kit and it was fun to install them on my car- which I thought was the point of modding a car... journey over destination and what not.

For the poster that wrote the Camaro is a muscle car, I'm not certain they've gone in that direction with inline 4's, turbos, smaller and lighter alpha frame, etc. I parked next to a Scat Pack Challenger and my car looked like a subcompact. I've a 2 liter engine, not a 7 liter like the larger and heavier (and infinitely more badass) 2015 Z/28.

My two cents, but I guess people need to hate...

LOOKS AMAZING! Great pic!!

Considering it can still open normal enough to get in and out ... I'm ok with it.

Honestly, the stupid parking around here in southern california with the spots seemingly sized to punish anyone with a 2 door car makes the idea of being able to push the door up out of the way much more convenient than squeezing out the crack you have available because someone decided to park next to you.

If it didn't have the stigma i'd be very tempted because it would be extremely convenient.

...you'd still have to worry about the other guys parked next to you.

You have a gorgeous car there. Don't let the haters tell you any different.

They do look very good on Lambos even though the first Lamborghini's produced came with the similar doors we currently have on our Camaros , The good ol American made DeLorean looked kinda cool though...

Not sure why its getting the hate...I love the look.. If mclarens have it..they are considered to be cool..if porsches have it.. they are ultra cool... if a guy who cant afford those cars.. decides to have one of those "cool" factors on his car... he is sooooo uncool.. I think it is subjective.. Lee.. the cars looks good.. how much did it cost you to put them and time to install?

I would opt for gullwing doors if offered as a factory option. Hell, I'd like a targa top option, but the remaining roof is too long for it to look good on the 6th gen.
