Impressive numbers. Are those peak? What does "under the curve" look like?

The turbo setup pictured is a twin scroll t6 borg Warner s480 billet turbo. The turbine housing is devided and being fed by 2 separate banks from the engine. There is 1 waste per bank placed in a wastegate priority configuration so to be able to hold boost stable and without any creep.

Pm me for welding tips

Ah! Twin scroll... never considered that! I'm still old school; Garrett 2871 on the TT. I've thought about upgrading the turbo to a more modern one, but my interest has shifted to the Camaro.

And thanks for the offer on welding tips, may do that! I just hit the epiphany on how to make the TIG work for me. Still lots of practice needed

When I am 100% happy, all quirks are ironed out, and have posted results I will sponsor the board and release the manifold to the public

I had a discussion with a company that is well know that is interested in the manifold as well. There will be adaptations made for the truck engines as well as Vette. There will be special tooling made on our end so that we can help reduce build cost and therefore offer a lower cost product in the future as well (ie sheet metal design rather than billet)

Until then y'all just get to sit back and watch the development.

As far as the comments towards heat soak etc. Within a few months I plan to be working with some carbon fiber options as well.

Right now tentative development schedule goes as so:
within next 2 weeks, fix dyno and finish tuning to see where we really are.
Middle of July fully build s475 large single turbo kit (s475 has a max of 1050hp on a cast wheel or 1200 on a billet wheel, plenty of room to stretch your legs)
3rd week of July finish all fixtures for said turbo kit
4th week of July final install turbo kit and tune

Also all the quirks behind our intake should be ironed out by mid July as well.

I am very much looking forward to becoming a board sponsor in the near future.
