My advice would be to buy new tires and don't do anymore burnouts.

6000 road trip with overloaded trunk/backseat would also contribute.

Thats the price you pay with performance suspension geometry. Looks like the last 5 or so sets I pulled off my 3-series BMWs which usually go 20K. Try to align with a full tank of gas and some extra weight in the car for what its worth, and request as little negative camber as possible within specs.

Don't think it's related. Looks like normal wear to me. 11,000 miles is quite a few miles for these performance tires. I know mine are sticky and soft, I've already noticed wear at only 1,300 miles. Should see how the front tires wear on C5 corvettes.

These cars are tied down on the trailers when they are brought in. The dealer does not check the alignment after they arrive. Its up to the customer to watch for tire wear and not the dealer. Obviously you can't rotate the tires since they are staggered and if your doing burnouts its not helping either. Tires are like oil, you better be checking them often especially when you have a tire that's going to only get about 20k at the most on the rear. I'd advise everyone to get an alignment check soon after you purchase your car. I promise you its not in alignment after it arrives at the dealer. Most shops will check it for free and a normal alignment is under 100 bucks. Check the price on these run flats and I think you'll find its a cheap investment.

Rear Tire wear at 2100 miles
i have a 2020 SS and it has 2100 miles my wear tread is gone on the outside edge. The blue paint is still on the nut across the member so it hasnt been changed since factory. my back tires are spent. Going to dealership monday but they already tried to tell me warranty doesnt cover alignment. Any thoughts on this. im blown away. and it hasnt had enough burnouts!!! actually none on my watch! well maybe a peel out!
