I sure wouldn't shoot you. I miss my Ponchos.

Because Pontiac sold nothing but unprofitable rebadges of other cars, had no overseas market outside of North America, and by the time of its demise was basically a fleet brand to fill up Enterprise rental lots.

The only Pontiacs worth a damn by the end were the G8 and Solstice, and Solstice never made GM a penny.

Meanwhile, Buick prints money for GM thanks to China.

It looks too Lexus-ish and the back looks too BMW-ish.

Guys. This isn't happening. At least not for 2016.

GM's launches for MY2016: Spark, Cruze, Volt, Malibu, Camaro, Cascada, ATS-V, CTS-V, and CT6. Those are all that we know for sure. Possibly XT5.

And yes, there are proposals for something like a GN from Buick, however that's contingent on a lot of other things, particularly from Chevrolet.

Get used to it, it's the way our world is headed...smaller, more efficient engines. The new Ford GT has a V6. I'll take over 400HP, V6 or not...I like the Grand National.

Agreed, there is no way it could possibly come out as a 2016. The Gen6 Camaro is going to be a 2016 and we all know how long they have been developing that.

That picture is also a very poorly photoshopped Cadillac ATS. Come on just look at the razor sharp rear end with BMW lights pasted on it.

Sweet! For some reason it reminds of a BMW and a Cadillac!

It has to be true if it was on the internet!

Some people think if they repeat rumors often enough it will eventually be taken as fact.

I was confused too. What GN had a V8 from factory? Always turbo 6 kicking ass.

Also this is old, old news. -

The legend of the Buick Grand National is what got me back into exciting cars after years of the Infiniti route. Always will have a soft spot for them. My Camaro is black with gray interior as a shout out to the old GN's.

No idea if the GN will return, but that picture in first post is disgusting. This idea is a little better but again we will have to wait and see:
