I hate "which is better?" threads. What I consider "better" is not necessarily what someone else thinks is "better."

Example, I don't like the Recaro seats. My "better" is the stock ZL1 seats.

Yep, had a girl pull out it front of me a year ago, her fault, she turned on her red light, admitted she never saw me.

Anyway, my Jeep's estimate was $1500 ended up $2200.

Her Focus had typical rear end damage, she even drove it home, even though it had a broken tail light. Her insurance company decided there was enough damage to total it. It certainly didn't look/seem totaled, but by value, it was.

It definitely happens. Some where about 15 years ago my mom was in an accident in a couple year old car. So much damage it ripped a wheel off.

Anyway, they fixed it, she took it home and found a bunch of stuff wrong and took it back. They fixed that, she took it home and found more stuff wrong. Repeated a couple of times until finally it was enough damage to total the car. Even though the car was almost fixed at that point. She just got a check from insurance, I guess they put a salvage title on the vehicle but I don't really know.
