Thanks for the additional sound clip, good to know what this sounds like with factory manifolds. Was this with the NPP open or closed? (1LE comes with NPP, right?)

Well Damn I Just Ordered The Kit To Delete The Secondary Cats. I Already Have The Borla S-Type Axle Back, So I'm Going To Have To Rig It Up Somehow To Get The Pipes Connected. So Stupid No Other Conpany Is Offering True Catbacks...

What do you mean you have to rig something up? Didn't you order the "manifold" kit from speed Engineering? Those bolt up to our stock manifolds.

Unfortunately no. They do sell a modified brace, but it's a few hundred dollars and I'm not spending that much. So I don't have a brace on, but I'm not worried. I clamped all my pipes TIGHT. No leakage since I installed them last month.

Alright I finally got the kit in the mail and it will NOT fit my 2023 2ss. The stock manifold connection pipes are too long and aren't bent enough causing the pipes to hit the heatshielding. Won't even bolt up.

Final update apparently ot takes 2 people and it's just a really close fit. Ended up welding the borla mufflers.

Just installed the manifold kit and paired it with stainless works mufflers. The manifold kit fit pretty well I had access to a lift which was a huge help. Currently the only thing I was cautious of was the passenger side cooler line that runs to the differential. I believe there is enough clearance not to cause any issues. I’ll get about 50 miles on it and recheck fit. I also left the tunnel brace off, and used awe delete kit for the AFM valves. I did notice the green car symbol still came on while driving but dash read out stayed in 8 cylinders. My plan is to tune the car in a month. Overall for the price of the kit I think it’s good, perhaps some more tweaks on my install and I will be happier.
