No, not yet. The SAC/SEB usually waits until vehicles are available for sale so that specs and/or tests are accurate to help determine classing.

Since the ZL1 1LE (and other cars such as the Civic Type R) was just recently released, and therefor missed the cutoff to be eligible for this year's National Championships, the SAC will wait until after Nationals to class them for 2018.

Ok that's what I thought. My guess is they will put it in super street or sometimes cars don't even have stock classes and go right to cam.

I might be wrong but when the boss 302 1st came out it didn't have a stock class and went right to asp.

CAM-C is up to 51 entries, 5th largest class, impressive!

My SS 1Le is stock, I run in AS, but sometimes run Cam-C to run with more similar cars, fun class.

I hope you run AS. I would like to see how well it can do in that class and give the scca some evidence to move it to BS

I won't be there, done it 3 times, got smoked each time

I like to follow progress and results to see how similar cars to mine and local drivers do.

Matt Lucas is a fast driver running a SS 1LE in AS, we'll how it goes.

Just a friendly reminder for those taking 1SS 1LE and ZL1 1LE to nationals; need to have legal rubber on. The tires from the factory are illegal. OK for local events but not national level events.

Is anyone taking a V6 1LE to the show in BS or CAM?

Enquiring minds want to ... see results and stuff.

Good luck out there and enjoy! I keep saying "maybe next year".

Checking in. And hitting the road this morning.

2017 1SS 1LE - 1 week old, aligned, 295/30/20 RE-71Rs, and DSC Sport.
2 CAMC for the invitational
192 CAMC for National

Edit: DSC Sport seems kind of flaky at the moment. Might be running CAMC in AS trim.

I actually thought about it recently. Now that I have a decent set of slightly used 19" wheels/tires.

Only thing is it's a 1480 mile tow for me and the company I work for just lost the contract, so I'll (hopefully) be working for a new company Oct 1. Which also means I won't have any of my accrued time off available, starting from scratch.
