I can email them the ones I took. Is there a specific email address?

Send pictures of the whole wing lined up on the lid as best as possible showing the misalignment with the holes, not that easy to show clearly.

Include a picture of the white sticker on the plastic wrapping which has the SKU# on it, AC-RS17CHCAMZL-OE and the serial number.

Agreed, if you all just modify your trunk to make it fit then the problem will likely continue for everyone else that orders one. They need to know they have an issue to fix it.

Example of video.

I emailed them and included the pics I had. I did mention the fitment wasn't exactly "drop in" and what it took to get the wing in. But to be fare, I did state that besides the fitment issue, the wing did come well packed with no blems *vs some horror stories I've heard on here*. I also suggested maybe some kind of directions and tq specs, only because it wasn't till I called them, it was implied that its as simple as unholy the only 1 and install the new one. At the same time, I had no clue wtf the plastic sticks were for and even when they told me, id never had guessed it and, again, even some cheesey direction wouldn't hurt to throw in there.

I will also keep an eye out for any structural issues on my spoiler (it would be the drv side of anything) and report if something happens. I've done alittle "spirited" driving which I'm sure tested the spoilers downforce capabilities, and no issues yet...but its also been only a week or 2.

Yours is actually alittle more off (on the psg side) than mine was. When I lined it up in the middle, my psg side was off by maybe 1/16 of an inch. But your driver side is exactly how mine was. At first I thought maybe the support bar was at a slight angle.

I really know now why it is taking AC 6-9 months to fulfill orders. 1/3 of the shipped wings are damaged, 1/3 have fitment issues and the other 1/3 are delivered without issues. Doesn't say much about their quality assurance and/or customer service.

This is what is really crazy. They have a really great reputation for high quality parts on everything...except this wing, apparently.

Great news. I'm still waiting for a response. Did they say anything about shipping the old one back?

He said to hang on to it and the packaging (i already threw it away) just in case the warranty department wants it back. So I wont be sending it back until I received the new one so I can use the box. What I think is going to happen is they are just going to let me keep the old one. In that case, I'll probably just sell it for half off since someone can force it to fit and its actually a really good carbon fiber artwork. If I can't sell it I'll just hang it on my garage wall or something.

Glad Andersons got back to you with the promise of a replacement.
If they are going to check the rest of the batch that bodes well for other buyers too. This might all work out.
I am in the firing line for one hopefully July and I am getting in gear to sort the shipping to go over seas...I have an ask...do you remember roughly the size of the box that wing turned up in as the courier is probably gonna charge on volume?
