Competition doesn't matter when it comes to mustang. Yeah, sounds arrogant, but for whatever reason people just eat up specialty model mustangs...especially anything with the Shelby name.

So reaction time on slip has nothing to do with time of run? I have never hit drag strip, so trying to get what numbers on slip mean.

When heads up racing, the first one across the line wins. Because reaction time is factored in, it's possible that the slower car wins if the reaction time is significantly better. In other-words, cutting a better reaction time equates to getting a head start.
