With the automatic if you hold down the (-) paddle for a second or two it will bring you down to lowest possible gear.

but while underneath her, I noticed these little motors on the exhaust right before the axle.. take a look at the pictures, and can someone please specify the function of these?

Those would be the AFM valves that close when you go into V4 mode.

I didn't know it would be so hard to answer a question. A co worker asked me what I like the most about my car. and the least. The least was easy. Speed limits. But I couldn't decide what I liked the most. I like it all.

Easily runs more than 180 mph (and feels stable) on the Autobahn while most "premium" cars (BMW...) are electronically limited to 155 mph (in GER)
