And here is the backyard project.
Rolling right along. 1/4 of the cleared area is dug out. I have to remove 3"-4" of soil. Eventually it will be filled in with material that will be the bed for the pavers to sit on. Vacation is coming up in June and i would like finish this part so I can place the pavers that week.

Drove over to the Pavilions At Talking Stick last night. During daylight, it was hot, but when the sun set, the place was packed!
The Vette belongs to a buddy.

Update on my IROC-Z build -- I've been trying to get a technician from my local Chevrolet dealership to come to the house and diagnose the CEL on my new engine. No one wants to come to the house so I'm going to take it to the dealership. In order to do that I needed a new rear-end. The rear-end is from Hawks Motor Sports - 3.73 gear ratio with posi-traction. New aluminum lower control arms from METCO Motor Sports. Baer 6 piston calipers with 14 inch slotted & cross drilled rotors. Hoping to install this Saturday and get the IROC to the dealership next week.

Hi gang.
Now half of the area is dug out, and I made a small hill (berm?) next to the pool deck to break up the flatness. I'll do the same on the other end of the pool when I start digging again.

Well It is Friiiiiiiiiiiiiiday! Yesterday at almost 60 years old, I went in my first bouncy house/slide not only survived without injury, but had fun. I climbed to the top of the first shorter slide & while trying to sit down to slide slipped & fell backward down but bounced & climbed back up & slid. I made it through the obstacle course part uneventfully then carefully climbed up the much taller slide ladder, carefully sat down & weeeeeeeeeee slid down. Still a kid at heart!
