Love it!

My production # is 991 and I'm also in ATX. Interesting that they're so close together.

So should I get Xpel put on first then coating like originally planned?

Ah, so now I know your Camaro6 handle as well.

Posted on your Facebook post as well. So rehashing here...

Seen a F1FTY in that part of town many times but yet to meet the owner. Curious if anyone here or not as well.

If you are going to do Xpel, I personally wouldn't ceramic coat the Xpel. If you want to coat those parts that are not covered, that would be fine. I am fairly certain that you CAN coat the Xpel if you want to, but again, the question would be why?

I liken it to a similar situation I had with a brand new truck I bought last year. The truck had a spray in bed liner, and then I put one of those bed rugs in it. Now I didn't really do it to protect it, but more so that when my old ass kneels down in the bed, I don't hurt my knees. But my brother had a great point. He said - you got the spray in liner to protect the bed, now you have a bed rug to protect the spray in liner - what are you going to add next to protect the bed rug?

Holy Moley, what an awesome distinction. GM could have just as easily not taken that token step. I'm impressed, a little jealous (lol), and very congratulatory for you!

Just a little something to keep me distracted when not putting the rubber to the road. Check out Hobby Lobby or mail order from several places online.

Did you use the 40% off coupon? I snagged one a week or two ago. Debating getting another one. One to put together and one to keep in box.

Lookit me playin catchup again.. sheeesh,

Do not count on ceramic coating to prevent any rock damage.. sand maybe, rock no.
I did coat my Xpel, but in hindsight its not needed. I will admit, yes, I would probably coat it again if I had to lol. I need to replace a couple of pieces of Xpel and will probably have him Ceramic Pro it when done again.
