So, once it goes to 2000, does this mean the dealer had the allocation? If by 2/14 it is still 1100, it would mean no allocation, correct?

That is absolutely Correct..

When the order is placed against available allocation..
...it will move to 2000 & above.

Otherwise it remains at 1100 Status.

2ss hyper blue vert, m6, NPP, MRC, White Rally (I think that how the specs should be said)
