Glad you are happy with your new Beautiful Camaro vert theragtopguy.
It is a stormy morning in Tennessee. I rather dread my day but this too shall pass. Have a good day crew.

It was VERY windy here today, and temps were in the high 70's. We were all busy today removing debris from the pool.

Skip, is your sticker clear vinyl with the image & letters under it or is it cut out so only the silhouette & letters are left on the car? I am unhappy with the ones I ordered.
I went to bed early & still overslept. My body really seems to need more sleep lately. Okay day at work so far. Happy Friday crew!

I ordered mine from the same guy who makes the stickers for C5 because I wanted to match. I was ordering them in the RJT color to match my car. I guess I should have known better. H have not used any stickers I have gotten from C5 due tt how bad they look on the car. Won't be using these either. I'll just keep the ones I have until I can find someone who can do the ones that only the image/letters remain on the car. I don't like how the clear vinyl looks.
Edit: I just emailed the guy I ordered from letting him know They were not want I had wanted not asking him to do anything just letting him know the club would not be ordering any like these and why. He is going to re-do them in die cut for me! Love it when vendors will do what is needed to make customers happy! - Josh Bernstein [josh@rockinmonkey.com]

Ruby, can't you take an exacto knife and cut the excess clear plastic off? That may work.

I'm thinking about getting a couple die cut ones and cutting the roofs off. These C5 decals appear to be clear plastic though.

I like my stickers die cut out of colored vinyl & not printed on clear vinyl. Mike put one of the stickers with the club logo on it on his truck & you can't even see it. I am anxious to see what they come up with this time.
It was a long busy day. I have a few noted to do. We were supposed to go to a cruise-in tonight & a car show tomorrow. We were too tired tonight & both got off late so we skipped the cruise-in. Mike wants to skip the show too since it is not a cheap one & we had to pay more taxes than we expected. With 2 cars entry fees add up. It sucks but oh, well, I'll live. I really needed the day with Camaro comrades too. The other thing is, chance of rain all day & storms in the late afternoon/evening. Guess I'll have to hold out for the club car show & drag racing next weekend!

Drove the Chevelle over to the Pavilions Cruise for probably the last time until September when it starts cooling off. 36 miles is a long way to drive that car in the heat. The Camaro is the better summer-in-Phoenix choice.

Nice Rick. And meanwhile, for us, car show season is just getting fired up.
Mike & I spent the morning yesterday with him working in the yard & me working to give Ruby a coat of cleaning way & sealer, then the phone rang. It was my sister telling me my dad was being taken to the ER via ambulance. He had spiked a fever then started throwing up. We spent the evening in the ER. They determined he had a mild case of pneumonia. He got fever reducers, anti nausea meds & IV antibiotics then they wanted to send him back to his assisted living facility. We convinced them to keep him since they have no nursing staff at night at the facility & only a skeleton crew. As much as we pay he should have more care there but that is not the way it is. They did keep him & he seems to be improving. He was sweet last night. He wanted to hold our hands & at one point he looked up at me & said "You are just beautiful". It is raining cats & dogs here & has been the middle of the night. My yard looks like it has a creek running through it. Have a good Sunday everyone.

Rick -- The white firebird convertible and the 58 edsell tail lights caught my eye. Thanks for posting !!
JAN -- Hope your dad gets to filling better soon. I went to a model train swap meet and found 1/2 of what I have been looking for my train layout in my car garage. A pair of lionel engines made in the early 1950's with the New York Central paint scheme. I now have to find the New York Central passenger cars lionel made in the sixties to complete the set. I own 900 foot of abandon New York Central right of way with a concrete bridge that was built in 1906. Thus the reason I am chasing after these specific models. John
