Been wanting one of these and waiting for it to go on sale. Ended up washing my car with regular water for the first wash. Thankfully no spots yet. If anyone else is interested, it's on sale on Amazon. Just ordered mine.

YES! I mean, I'm not going to get it because it's too much. BUT - I want it!!! Want it bad. Man keeping this car clean is an obsession. I will NOT drive it when it's dirty, makes me sad. (It's not my daily driver, so I have this option). So I wash her and then I have to keep her covered. Man I need a garage! I've never obsessed like this over a car, but she's just so pretty.

When I drive to vegas in a few weeks she will get dirty and I will have to learn to love her even with a coat of dust...

I know exactly what you mean! I kept mine clean not needing a wash for 3 months. Lots of detail spray and wiping her down every few days. It is starting to sprinkle up here and when I got rained on, the dust sticks and I can't detail spray clean anymore. Hence, the first wash with the regular water. So glad this went on sale!

Los Angeles is just so dusty. It's awful. Never noticed it before I had a car I wanted to keep clean, LOL.

Each portion of the country has it's different things that irks us. In your case it's the dust and in my neck of the woods it's pine pollen and love bugs. You just have to go with the flow. At least you get to drive your car all year round. Some have to garage theirs because of the winter months.

Agree with the clean thing. I've been not driving mine in the rain but I'm finding the body stays clean but that f@#king brake dust turns my bright silver wheels into gray/not bright ones!

I'm not sure what mileage or age will make me baby it less but it will happen.

It happened eventually on my GTO, I just can't remember at what point.

3.5 months old and 1500 miles just doesn't seem like much (probably because it isn't lol).

I know the feeling. I still baby mine some. I've had some fun since hitting the Magic 1500 miles. But still somewhat conservative. And yeah it will happen just like in my last Camaro. Hit a point that it didn't bother me.

I've had mine since 7/8 and as of lunch yesterday with my brother I'm now at 1,841.

And he says his modded SS feels slower now after driving mine lol.
