Thanks. These are made as AMG Mercedes Benz part.
For the break, I took off the rubber junk that came from GM (super easy, just slips off) and slipped the almost identical rubber backing of this one on. For the acceleration pedal, I did not remove anything, just slipped it on, from top down. At the bottom of the acceleration pedal I was left with about 3/8" gap. Not sure if I was afraid of pushing too hard, if it was just 3/8" short or if I should had removed the plastic from the GM pedal first. But that gap is under the floor mats and shows nothing. I put some black tape around that just to make sure nothing gets under it. There is no way to see it unless you get your head under the dash and look with a flashlight.
They are firm, but not sticky. There seems to be so many options. Just make sure they are not the cheap ones that bend on you. Hope this helped.

Just ordered the pedals. Great price. Thanks for the link.

BTW - Even the photo on Amazon shows a little gap at the bottom of the gas pedal.

The problem with this world is stupidity.
I'm not saying there should be penalties for stupidity,
but why don't we just take the warning labels off everything and let the problem solve itself.

Was there a reason why you didn't bother removing the gas pedal rubber before installing like you did for the brake pedal?

In my experience, the reverse camera and alert system do not see, or understand the threat of a chain link fence. I'm thankful I didn't have to learn the hard way.

The break rubber just came off -very easy. Gas pedal rubber didn't want to force/break/damage anything -since knew nothing about how it's attached. So cautioned on the safe side. If anyone knows how it works, explanation would be appreciated.

FYI Mods:
Black lockable lug nuts.
Black rear bow-tie
Debaged fenders
Dash Cam installed with second camera on front/right curb view

I feel your pain, i had 3 dings removed so far, one from dealer delivery on the pass door, one on side of fender and other on back rear panel near window, They were all removed by the Dent Doctor in my area, the paint chipped one you have might be a pain to fix. But not the end of the world and people are just careless and don't give a crap sometimes like you said!

Got you beat. Second day after delivery in work parking lot, ding and chip 6" below driver side door handle. I felt like to took a punt to the ol' beanbag. "Rage" does not describe the emotion.

And that is why I park far far far away and take 2 spots. Cause people dont give a crap, and they also envy the nice things you have and will do it on purpose.

Just stopped at Panera Bread to pick up dessert. Parked next to a handicap spot far away from ANYTHING. Not another car within 20 spaces. Came out 10 min later and some a$$wipe in a mini van (hate those things) had not only parked right next to me, but actually had their front wheels in my space diagonally. Lucky I had a 'YOU PARK LIKE AN A$$HOLE" flier with me. Lucky for the a$$wipe there were no marks on my car.

And as I was driving through the parking lot, another a$$hole in a small Nissan ran a stop sign right in front of me (of course she was texting). I had to slam on the brakes. And they ask me why I drink.

I have a pad of "tickets" for jerk people that I leave on their windshield. It ends with "May the fleas of one thousand camels infest your armpits.
So as not to hijack the thread; I didn't know about the vanity mirror lights either... Mine are blue.

Are you serious? Because you and I might be like the exact same. I have a small stack of post-it notes, and I've drawn dickbutt on all of them. I usually leave one for bad parking jobs.

I didn't know you could actually turn off the radio and screen until today...

Pushing the power button just once Mutes the speakers.

Holding the power button shuts it all off and kills the screen.
