If I have understood her correctly. She can see the updates from the previous day only. So as of end of yesterday we are still 3000 no TPW. Tomorrow morning she will be able to tell us if we got TPW assigned on 9/29. However, she said the ordering dealer has the ability to check current progress the day of changes.

The system updates overnight - from the activity of the day.

The ordering dealer does NOT see real time either.

Only real time...is initial order submission / acknowledgement.
