A short funny story. I called and vented on my dealer again today and demanded the regional rep either contact me or give me his info to contact him. He asked for a few minutes to call back as a customer walked in and he called me back in an hour told me he spoke with sales manger who advsd I call the customer care line. I speak with the customer care line they put me on hold for about 15 mins and come back and tell me that its pending shipment still based on the code. I asked for a manager as someone has to be able to tell me more then it is pending shipping and what the heck is going on. She put me on hold and got me back on the line with the sales manager at my dealer.

One thing I found funny is they claim to have 3 lt's at the Mesquite, TX distribution yard but when he calls them they confirm they did not arrive yet.

I'm wondering how dealerships in Lancaster are getting their Camaros and there are practically none here in Phoenix who have. I think there's less than 5-10 out of any dealership here at all.

The train stops at the Mira Loma hub first. They just had a huge drop off of Camaro's for all of SoCal yesterday, they started to go to dealers today. They had been trickling in over the last few weeks, but this week was a huge drop.

Some dealers are receiving 1-2 trucks full of Camaro's.

I only know this as I spent time looking for a car like mine at every dealer in SoCal and gave them all a ring and all of them have cars in transit with them arriving tomorrow and the next day.

I counted about 118 Camaro's of all types and colors across their sites

Mine has been sitting in Winston Salem on a lot for 2 days! Each lot and the wait sucks big time! Was told my car would be marked "hot" once it was unloaded, as you can see that is a joke!

It normally takes two days to off load (4800), bay to put a load together (4B00), then load on a truck hauler (4200) but can take some few days to put a full load together (which is what happens during 4B00) and to actually get the builds loaded and headed down the highway.

I was told by my sales manager he spoke to the dispatcher for the lot and said they would put my car on a hauler by itself if it was quicker...not sure I believe that, but see what happens tomorrow.

Mine sat on the tracks for 2 or 3 days on those same tracks before the train left on Saturday.

Just FYI for SoCal guys waiting for their cars, the calls have been coming stock inventory units this week from dealers saying "the car you were interested in is here". Way to release a car in mid-December GM.....I have yet to see another Camaro on the road, and I drive the 405 from the 105 to the 10 every, single, day.....
