The ramp rate table applies pressure based on how much current slip there is. The greater the slip amount the more pressure that is applied to bring it to the target slip value. I have this table raised 20% on my car.

Hey guys I'm just trying to figure out if my car has the same issues. I got it December 2015 and it has about 10k miles on it. Lately I do get some shudder on the highway when giving it light throttle but the worst part is that the transmission seems lost when accelerating from a stop up to highway speeds. It sounds like the converter just keeps locking and unlocking constantly and the rpms will be all over the place. I think I'll make a video to post
Thanks

You need the latest beta version of the software. Email their tech support and they'll take care of you.

Just joined the club!

Roughly 1500 miles and I'm starting to notice the "shudder- like rumble strips". Contacted my dealer service department- writer was not familiar with this symptom. That dealer is kind of far from me. Instead I decided to go to the local dealer where I first purchased my 2017 1SS manual, which I swapped out for the 2SS automatic bought at the other dealer.

This service writer here I know personally so he looked up the bulletin and made an appointment for the prescribed flush. Going to re-flash the stock GM tune before I bring it in...just in case and will reactivate the despised AFM.

Note: for 7 years i had a Gen 5 2010 built in 2009. Not one service warrantee repair in that time period. Also the 1SS 2017 manual for one year zero issues.

Will keep you guys updated

I just watched the scanner while driving down the highway and for the most part TCC slip is around zero but it jumps every 30 seconds or so to 50-60rpm. Sounds like I definitely have a problem

Sorry I missed your question but it looks like Darth took care of it.

Keep in mind if you have a 2017+ you will need to send your TCM to HP Tuners before you will be able to read and update it. 2016s don't require removing and sending in the TCM.

Mine is in the shop to get the triple flush right now. Hoping that it fixes it. Getting tired of issues with the car. But oh well.

Got mine back today from 3rd trip. GM advised the dealer to drop the pan, replace filter, clear the cooler lines and flush/fill the transmission & differential. The filter change is different, but the rest is the same. Not sure if GM is just waving these reports off with minimal labor cost or just experimenting with small adjustments.

This time the customer notice said "may take up to 200 miles for fluid to work into the clutch". I found that an odd notice when the TC nor any clutch packs were changed out.

Mine had the same procedure. It made a marginal (at best) improvement, mainly at speeds under 60. When AFM is active from 60-80 my car feels like a 4WD truck with mud tires on it.....that are not aligned, LOL

Ugh. That's what mine feels like. I'm taking it in on Friday. Very nervous because of the CAI, headers, and tune. Though the TCM has not been touched yet because of this issue

2016 2SS, Got about right at 19k miles on it. Mine started doing this a few months ago. I have about an hour trip back to my hometown where i visit family so i mainly use cruise control going 65-70mph. Its horrible when the car tries to maintain speed. Took my car in yesterday for repair and they called and said they found the bulletin chevy posted about this. So they did 1 drain and fill of my trans fluid ( i know this because i have a dash cam and i saw them go to o'reilly and mcdonalds in my car) lol. Car seems to be fine now but if issues occur i will be taking it back for a TC replacement.

After the first two visits it was back in full effect after about 1000-1500 miles. I think the fast adapt learning covers things up for a while, depending on how hard you drive.

The biggest issue is on the overdrive gears (7th & 8th). Second to that, for me, is the lunge I get when putting it in gear on cold starts. Third is the slow right hand turns after cold starts binding the rear diff.
