Thank you for all your help. This is your final update (on me taking delivery).

I took delivery yesterday. Still no ETA on red knee pads, but eventually they will get here.

It has been quite the ride with many ups and downs. I would not have made it here without you. I am deeply grateful that you have such a passion and are sharing that passion in your profession. You are simply awesome. Thank you again.
