So there's a Black/Orange Rally stripe 2SS/RS parked up against an island in BFEland, Meijer Parking Lot. I decide to keep it company with my freshly painted and rebuilt T/A, parking on the line to give him berth to open his door.

Left an SLP card (Street Lethal out of Detroit) that I had in my wallet to let him know I was an enthusiast and not a douche.

Well, turns out he waited, vet plates and appeared to be a younger guy (Iraq?). Pulls away just as I unlock my car, and I thought "damn.. just missed 'em".

No I didn't.

He loops around and lets the clutch drop. Gave a curt salute as he passed and finished loading up the T/A. Crusin' on a saturday night. Good bless America.
