for sure..I think his dealer is thinking 4300 is on the train...just needs to pin the dealer down to a railcar number to know what's going on

The rail car # will show in the current status.

Becky,

Quick question. CSX tracking says the rail car is empty and has been "released to the customer". Is that a release to the rail yard or does that mean the car was released and on its way to the dealer?

The "customer" at this point -
is the Distribution Center / Auto Transport Carrier.
It's under their control.
