Cadillac never sold many of these. In addtion to the resemblance to the much less expensive Mustang, customers complained about the fit and finish. Specifically, they didn't like the fact that it looks like some guy just slapped it together in his driveway with some parts from autozone.

I wish I could find the picture I took a couple years ago or a Jeep Grand Cherokee with Cadillac Badges, and ESCALADE letting on the rear. I almost wrecked I was laughing so hard.
